General Box Office Information
Location:
The Northeast Box Office is located on the corner of Prospect Ave. and East 21st St. (Directly to the right of the Medical Mutual Entrance).
Metered parking is available in front of the building during regular business hours on Monday-Friday (unless there is a special event during the day).
Methods of Payment Accepted:
Tickets may be purchased with VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Cash. All credit card purchases at the Box Office require a photo ID and the cardholder must be present at the time of purchase.
Additional Fees:
All seats are subject to a facility fee (no matter where the tickets are purchased). These are sometimes not included in advertised prices (this is done at promoter’s discretion).
Tickets purchased Online are subject to additional service charges. Sales done at the box office windows also incur an order charge.
Children’s Ticket Policies:
Policies regarding the purchase of a child’s ticket varies for most family show and concerts. Contact [email protected] to check on the age requirement when purchasing tickets for children.
Accessible Seating:
The Wolstein Center is equipped with ADA-compliant entrances/exits, restrooms, seating sections, and elevators. Accessible seating can be purchased at all points of sale (depending on availability). The Guest Service office will make every effort to assist guests on event night who find they need accessible seating after they have purchased tickets. However, availability cannot be guaranteed.

To buy ADA seating tickets for events at Wolstein Center, follow these easy steps:

Visit Our Website: Go to the upcoming events page to choose your event and select.

Filter for Accessible Seats: When searching for tickets, make sure to select the “Accessible” filter. This ensures you find seats that meet your accessibility needs.

Check Availability: If you don’t see the “Accessible” option for your event, it means that all ADA seats are currently sold out.

Floor Seating:
When a show offers “Floor Seats,” temporary chairs will be set up on the Floor of the Wolstein Center. These Chairs are Metal-Folding chairs.
Will Call Tickets
• Tickets will be released only to the person whose name appears on the ticket envelope if the order contains tickets left by a person or entity (i.e. contest winners, band or other VIP tickets, etc.).
**If you choose to have your tickets left at Will Call, there is a $5.00 charge.
**Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Wolstein Center Box Office only on the event day 2 hours before the start of the event.
**You will need a valid photo I.D. Will Call tickets can only be picked up by the name of the person who purchased the tickets.
***Will Call for any tour related offers (Fan Club, Packages, etc.) will vary by show depending on the policies set by the Tour. This information will be posted on the ticket purchase page under the show title. We recommend customers patrons read any and all information posted before purchasing.
Ticket Refunds and Exchanges: All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be offered.
Event Postponement/Cancellation Refunds: All refund policies for shows will be posted on wolsteincenter.com.
Please note that, in the event of a cancellation, the advertised ticket price will be refunded. Fees associated with ticket purchases may be retained.
