What is a Group?



A. 15 – 20 or more (dependant on the event) friends and neighbors, business associates, members of a church, bowling league, alumni group, condo residents, teachers, firefighters, police officers or EMS workers, doctors and nurses, sports fans, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, sales teams, drinking buddies, classmates, soul mates, joggers, vegans, trekies, or just 15 – 20 or more people who get together and want to see really good entertainment.

Group Savings?



A. By getting a group together, your group will receive special discounts and the best available seating to most of our family and sports entertainment, including, Cleveland State Basketball, Disney Live, Wiggles Live, Barney and many more. Groups usually save between $2 or more per ticket!

Advanced Notice?



A. Your group will receive information on shows in advance of the public. This gives your group an opportunity to purchase seats during the pre-sale and before they go on sale to the public!

How to Book Your Group?



A. Simply give the Group Sales Department a call at 216-687-9292 for dates, times and prices of the event your group is interested in and we will personally help you plan a group outing, provide the best available seating , help you get the appropriate seats for your group, and save you money.

A. Our Group Sales Department has vast experience working with groups like yours and they will personally see to it that your visit to the Wolstein Center is the best that it can be.

Additional Incentives?




A. There may be an exclusive group clinic, meet & greet with a character from the show, or an opportunity to have lunch or dinner catered by CSU Hospitality.

When Should we Arrive for the Show/Event?



A. Doors open approx. one hour prior to the event, so you can arrive anytime after that. If there is an exclusive "groups only" pre-show event, you will be notified of the appropriate time to arrive.

What is the Deadline for Ordering Group Tickets?



A. Varies from show to show.  For details email m.l.schilling@csuohio.edu





Q.

How do we Pay for our Group Ticket Order?



A. Call, email or fax in your order to the Group Sales Department. All major credit cards are accepted. Checks should be made payable to the Wolstein Center for events and must be received no later than 2 weeks before show date to be accepted. Cash or in-person payments must be scheduled in advance.





Q.

What is your policy on refunds, exchanges, or lost tickets?



A. We are sorry, but tickets cannot be refunded, canceled or exchanged.




Q.

What age does a child need to be to be admitted free?



A. Usually children under 24 months old although it can vary depending on the show. Please ask for details.

How Much is Parking?

Q.

Is there an ATM located in the arena?



A. Yes, the Wolstein Center has two Huntington Bank ATMs located on the main concourse near Section 111 and in the Annex Lobby Entrance.
