General Box Office Information
Location: The Main Wolstein Center Box Office* is located in the Annex entrance facing Prospect Avenue (street level under the green awning). Metered parking is available in front of the building during regular business hours on Monday-Friday (unless there is a special event during the day).
*During the events, the Northeast and Northwest Box Offices (facing Prospect Ave.) are open for Ticket Sales and Will Call pickup.
Methods of Payment Accepted: Tickets may be purchased with VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Cash. All credit card purchases at the Box Office require a photo ID and the cardholder must be present at the time of purchase.
Additional Fees: All seats are subject to a facility fee (no matter where the tickets are purchased). These are sometimes not included in advertised prices (this is done at promoter discretion). Tickets purchased Online and through the Charge-by-Phone line are subject to additional service charges. Sales done at the box office windows typically do not have additional service charges.
Children’s Ticket Policies: Policies regarding the purchase of a child's ticket varies for most family show and concerts. Contact 216.687.9292 to check on the age requirement when purchasing tickets for children.
Accessible Seating: Accessible seating can be purchased at all points of sale (depending on availability). The Guest Service office will make every effort to assist guests on event night who find they need accessible seating after they have purchased tickets. However, availability cannot be guaranteed.
Will Call: Tickets purchased online and over the phone for pick up at Will Call can be claimed after 2 weeks following the public on sale date. This time frame also includes any presale tickets.
To pick up Will Call tickets, please follow these guidelines:
• The credit card used for purchase, your confirmation number or email, and a matching photo ID are required to pick up tickets. The name on the account, the photo ID, and the credit card must all match. The credit card will be scanned to print the tickets.
• Tickets will be released only to the person whose name appears on the ticket envelope if order is different from the will call mentioned above (i.e. contest winners, band or other VIP tickets, etc.).
***Will Call for any tour related offers (Fan Club, Packages, etc.) will vary by show depending on the policies set by the Tour. This information will be posted on the ticket purchase page under the show title. We recommend customers patrons read any and all information posted before purchasing.
Ticket Refunds and Exchanges: All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be offered.
Event Postponement/Cancellation Refunds: All refund policies for shows will be posted on www.wolsteincenter.com. Please note that, in the event of a cancellation, the advertised ticket price will be refunded. Fees associated with ticket purchases may be retained.
