Q. How do I order tickets for events at the Wolstein Center?
A. Tickets for our events can be purchased in person at the Wolstein Center Box Office, by phone using 1.844.407.2279, or online at www.wolsteincenter.com. These are the only authorized places to purchase tickets unless otherwise noted for the event.
Q. What can I do if I have lost my ticket(s) or if I never received them in mail or email?
A. Cash payment at the Box Office: There are no instances when a replacement voucher will be issued if a patron has lost their tickets.
Credit Card Payment at the Box Office: Come in to the Wolstein Center Box Office with the following required information: Your Photo ID, the date of purchase, and credit card used. Once the original order has been found, a replacement ticket will be printed and the original tickets will be voided. This can be done no sooner than 48 hours prior to the show. For your ticket safety, tickets are not issued before 48 hours because if re-issued tickets are lost again, no replacements will be made. Tickets can only be picked up by the person who is listed on the account as the ticket purchaser.
Credit Card Payment purchased via our authorized Charge-by-Phone number or online at www.wolsteincenter.com: Please wait until 48 hours prior to the start of the event, to allow time for the tickets to arrive in the mail. If they still have not arrived by then, please contact Customer Service at 1.844.407.2279 to report your tickets lost or not received. They will give you further instructions once you place a report with them. Any replacement tickets will only be allowed to be picked up on the event day, 1 hour prior to when gates open by the customer whose name is on the account. Please bring photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets.
*Once tickets have been replaced, no other replacements can be made.
*Please be aware that should you happen to find the original set of tickets, those are no longer valid and should be destroyed to avoid delays getting into the event.
***Any tickets purchased via an unauthorized (or 3rd party) website or phone number CANNOT be replaced.***
Q. My tickets were stolen. Can they be replaced?
A. A police report will be required by Wolstein Center Management. Stolen ticket passes will be given out at the discretion of the Box Office Manager and only after verification of purchase. The pass will have the location of the original ticket(s) printed on it and all reports must be received by 2 days prior to the start of the show.
Q. Can I exchange my tickets?
A. The Box Office will only allow exchanges in extraordinary cases. Vouchers, Complimentary, or Group Events tickets cannot be exchanged in any case.
Q. Does the arena have an ATM?
A. The Wolstein Center has two Huntington Bank ATMs. One ATM is located in the Annex Lobby Entrance next to the box office. The second is located on the main concourse near Section 111.
